National Work Life Week 2017 from Working Families takes places 2nd – 6th October and is an opportunity for both employers and employees to focus on wellbeing at work and looks to improve the much sought-after (but not always achieved) 'work-life balance'.

Having a good work-life balance can bring significant benefits to both employer and employee. A better balance will leave employees more refreshed, creative and productive, so it's in the favour of the employer to offer it. So how can you make your workplace a happier place to be?
